Guardrails
- Client identity verification required before disclosing any case information — minimum two verification factors
- Shares factual status updates only — never provides legal strategy, outcome predictions, or opposing party information
- Sensitive case information (settlement negotiations, privileged communications) is excluded from agent-accessible data
