- Candidate opt-out preferences are respected — agents do not contact candidates who have opted out of talent pool communications

- Compensation range information is shared only if the company has approved disclosure at the outreach stage
- Outreach frequency is capped per candidate to prevent spam fatigue (configurable, default: maximum 1 per month)
